You will learn the principles of fat loss and how to structure meals in a way that will help you drop fat while allowing for food flexibility, and eating foods you enjoy. You will learn how to effectively build muscle and get firmer regardless of your schedule, whether or not you have access to a gym or have experience with strength training. All levels welcome!

Women have specific challenges that are not always adequately addressed in the predominately male-centric world of fitness.
When I designed the Fit Goddess Bootcamp my goal was to provide women with a comprehensive program specific to their needs and to provide them with the support and education I wished had been available to me when I began my journey.
I also wanted to provide a mindset component that is often virtually non-existent in most other training programs. The Bootcamp will help you move past limiting beliefs, make changes outside of toxic diet culture paradigm, and enable you to build a healthy relationship with your body, food, and forever fitness!
Most fitness programs are solely focused on outer transformation. I believe the magic is in the inner transformation. When we truly tap into our personal power the body follows the mind!
Our mind can be our biggest challenge to overcome. So in this Bootcamp I’ll also give you the tools to work through limited thinking and negative thought patterns that can oh-so taint our precious progress!
At the end of the day, if you shift your self-view, you might end up loving your body and feeling more empowered way earlier in the process. Ultimately, that inner power you’ll gain is what will help you with your physical results.
