My mission
My mission is to educate and empower women to love and accept themselves, while also helping them reach their health and wellness goals through a holistic and evidence-based approach.
I understand the struggles that come with navigating the fitness world and trying to find a healthy balance. That's why I created a safe and supportive community where women can feel confident and motivated to transform their lives.
My programs are designed to not only provide nutrition and training plans, but also to address the mindset and self-care components that are essential to breaking through perceived limitations and achieving lasting results.
I believe in self-love and self-acceptance, and I discard harmful diet culture that perpetuates unrealistic standards, which can lead to disordered eating and negative self-perception. Instead, I offer an evidence-based approach to my programs that prioritize health and happiness.
With my guidance and accountability, you can rest assured that you will not only see results in your body, but you will also experience a newfound confidence and positive relationship with yourself.
My personal journey
In my 30's, like many women, I struggled to lose weight after having two children. I was constantly battling my body and trying to force it into an unrealistic mold that was perpetuated by the media and diet culture. I felt like a failure and was constantly battling feelings of insecurity and self-doubt.
But everything changed when I stopped struggling against my body, and started to fully accept and love myself exactly as I was. This was a turning point for me, and from there, I began to explore different foods, activities, and habits that increased my sense of wellbeing.
As I started to embrace self-love and self-acceptance, my body began to transform. I stopped restricting myself, and started listening to what my body really needed. I discovered a love for nutritious, wholesome foods and became more active in ways that felt good to me. This new way of life not only improved my physical health, but it also transformed my mental and emotional wellbeing.
Fast forward to my 50's, and I am now in the best shape of my life. Being fit isn’t just about looking good, it is the way that I love myself. My transformation has been a lifelong journey, and I am proud of how far I have come. I now want to share my journey with others, and help women everywhere feel confident, healthy, and happy in their own skin. I have created a coaching program that I wish I had available to me while I was on my journey. I myself struggled to find a coach or coaching program that wasn’t just an email check-in with a food and training plan. I took it upon myself to learn the science on how to develop healthy habits, how to maintain accountability, and how to break through mental barriers without feeling shame or guilt and while maintaining and growing my self-confidence. This is what I am passionate about offering women!
